Housed in a compact, rugged housing the HYP is simple to operate and accurately reads the pO2 from within the hyperbaric environment in line with safety requirements.
Classification bodies and industry guidelines require each hyperbaric chamber to have a means of providing independent pO2 monitoring in the event of the primary monitor failing.
The HYP is located inside the treatment chamber.
